We have learned that most of our members are busy people and so we work only with suppliers who understand and can meet their needs. We regularly check the qualities of our suppliers to ensure that high service levels are maintained and that the partnership works for all parties. Feedback from members and our suppliers is important to us, whether formal or informal.

We don't choose our suppliers merely on the basis of convenience - we look always for the very best. Our suppliers include independent croftholders for smoked salmon, craftsmen who produce hand-made cards and invitations and tiny resorts that specialise in yoga, as well as some of the bigger and more glamorous of well-known names. We are constantly researching and updating our database to get the magic fit between our members' needs and the perfect supplier.
